(Patria) - Arman Zalihić today explained on the social network Facebook why he submitted an irrevocable resignation from the position of president of the City Committee of SDP Mostar after five years. He very clearly listed the people, and even the very top of the party, who opposed him

"Politics is a team sport. I have no intention of arguing with narcissistic types, nor would I respond to lies and slander, if it weren't for the protection of women in SDP, on whom the 'president in resignation' has arrogantly attacked.

Electoral results and self-praise are not my habit, nor will they ever be. I leave that to him, the greatest magician of personnel and all other policies!

Unlike him, all my political results in the last 20 years are not exclusively mine, but belong to all members of SDP and all those who are not, but recognized that we are doing a good job as a team.

No one is more important than SDP, because every individuality in politics should add up to step forward in the fight for common values and interests of those who have given us their trust.

Citizens need a decisive and healthy alternative.

There is no shame in losing elections. The shame is losing your integrity and becoming in behavior the same as those you are fighting against.

Solidarity, equality, and justice are the key values of SDP BiH policies. They require renunciation of many arrogance and challenges of political power in order to remain credible and trustworthy.

Citizens' trust is hard to gain, and lost in a day.

Our members and their families have suffered for years due to the demonstration of power by the authorities, and we are obliged to prove to them through our behavior as authorities that this suffering was not in vain.

Politics is a serious and difficult job if you are responsible and dedicated, and all other unfortunate labels of politics have been created by politicians through their shameful behavior.

Humility and service are the basic values that a politician must demonstrate every day, sometimes at the expense of themselves and their family.

For the honest and sincere informing of the public, attached is the decision of the Presidency, which includes the vice-president of the party, all councilors, the president in resignation, a member of the Presidency, a long-time president of GO SDP Mostar, appointed members.
