Anadolu Agency Celebrates Two Years of Operation

A ceremonial event at the "Evropa" hotel in Sarajevo marked two years of operation of the Anadolu Agency - Anadolu Agency (AA) service in Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian languages. Exactly two years ago, on March 11, 2012, the Anadolu Agency (AA) service in Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian languages (BHS) was opened with its headquarters in Sarajevo.

After one year of free service, Anadolu Agency commercialized its BHS language service and currently has over 50 subscribers, including the most significant regional media outlets.

Numerous guests attended the anniversary event at the "Evropa" hotel. The ceremony was also attended by the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bakir Izetbegović, and the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Agency, Kemal Ozturk. Some BiH ministers, as well as a large number of editors and journalists from BiH, also showed their support for Anadolu Agency and this anniversary.
