Almina Salkić (15) and her family need our help

Fifteen-year-old Almina Salkić should be running, going to school, playing with her peers now, but the diagnosed disease 'Lafora' prevents her from doing so. For six months, the girl Almina has been in the hospital, and after being diagnosed with 'Lafora', her parents are in a difficult situation.

Parents of children with this type of illness generally live a special life, adapting to the children's needs and facing specific problems.

Almina is fed through a tube and uses Nutridrink food, which is very expensive; she uses diapers and medications: Keppra 2x1500 mg; Depakine syrup 3x9 ml; Rivotril 0.5 mg 2x2; Lactulose 3x20 ml; Nitrofuran tbl 1x 50 in the evening continuously under the control of a nephrologist.
