Aliefendić: Urgently convene the session of the FBiH Security Commission

(Patria) - Federal MP Almedin Aliefendić (SDA) submitted an initiative to urgently convene a session of the Security Commission of the FBiH Parliament.

He did so due to, as he stated, a possible danger that could disrupt the security situation caused by the ban on marking Statehood Day in one part of our country.

"Due to a possible danger that could disrupt the security situation caused by the ban on marking Statehood Day in one part of BiH, as well as provocations and threats to the Mayor of Sarajevo, I have submitted an initiative to urgently convene a session of the Security Commission in the FBiH Parliament.

Considering the recent events that have caused public concern and represent a potential threat to the security situation, I propose that a session of the Security Commission be held to analyze the following:

1. The ban on public gatherings on the occasion of November 25, Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska;

2. Statements by the Minister of Defense Zukan Helez regarding the existence of training camps in the territory of the Republika Srpska entity;

3. The incident related to the harassment of the Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, by the president of 'Abraham Group' and executive director of 'Aluminijum' Amir Gross Kabiri," Aliefendić stated in a social media post.
