(Patria) - After four persons were deprived of liberty within yesterday's "TEST" operation, they were questioned as suspects, and the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton, based on the conducted investigative actions and collected evidence at this stage of the investigation, determined the existence of legal grounds for proposing a detention measure for two persons.
Namely, the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton filed a proposal with the Municipal Court in Bihać for the determination of a detention measure against suspects Osmankić Denis and Ćerimović Aladin due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense of accepting a reward or other form of benefit for trading in influence from Article 382, paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH.
Denis Osmankić is the SDP Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Una-Sana Canton, and Aladin Ćerimović is the president of the SDP in Velika Kladuša.
The Prosecutor's Office proposed the measure of detention, considering that there is a well-founded fear that the suspects will destroy, hide, alter or forge evidence or traces important for the criminal proceedings, or that there are special circumstances indicating that they will obstruct the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses, accomplices or concealers.
Pajić Endy and Pajić Elvis, who were deprived of liberty within this operation, were released to defend themselves from freedom after questioning.
