Public Procurement Agency: Advisory and technical assistance via phone every working day

Due to current events in Bosnia and Herzegovina related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Public Procurement Agency of BiH has adapted its operations to provide advisory and technical assistance via phone every working day between 10:00 and 12:00.

Advisory assistance can be obtained by calling one of the following phone numbers:

Technical assistance can be obtained by calling the following phone number:

"Additionally, we invite all contracting authorities and bidders to send us their inquiries/requests regarding advisory assistance, as much as possible, via email at [email protected], and inquiries regarding technical assistance via email at [email protected].

We note that the Public Procurement Agency of BiH continues to operate at full capacity to be of service to all citizens it can assist in these sensitive situations," it was announced from the Public Procurement Agency of BiH
