Anti-Doping Agency: Tuka is clean, see how Bosse pushed Amel

Regarding the claims of French athlete Ambroisea Bosse that Amel Tuka was doped at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing, the Anti-Doping Control Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a statement, reports the Patria News Agency.

The Agency claims that our best athlete was tested in April, and the result of that test was negative.

– According to our information, Amel Tuka was also tested in Turkey this year, and recently in Monaco, where the results were also negative. Of course, Amel Tuka will be tested in Beijing as well, most likely multiple times. As a member of the Registered Testing Pool of athletes in BiH (RTG), Amel Tuka has professionally fulfilled all his obligations towards the Anti-Doping Control Agency of BiH and represents an example of a top athlete and professional, the Agency's statement reads, congratulating Amel on his success on this occasion.

Let us remind you, Tuka won a bronze medal in the 800-meter race, while the Frenchman achieved a result of 1.46.63, improved his ranking and personal record, but stated that he could have reached the bronze medal.

Namely, he stated for the French media that the second-placed Pole Adam Kszczota went out of bounds during the race, and that Amel Tuka was doped, and that their medals were undeserved.
