
(Patria) - The Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime has extended the prohibition measures for Vahidin Munjić, Muhamed Ohranović, Arijana Huseinović-Ajanović, and Ervin Mušinović, who are suspected of abuse of official position.
Munjić is the former director of the Federal Police Administration (FUP), Ohranović is a former FUP inspector, Huseinović-Ajanović is the former head of the cabinet of the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Nermin Nikšić, and Mušinović is the former director of the Police Academy of the FMUP.
They have been extended the prohibition from performing official duties as stipulated in Article 140a, Paragraph 1, Point a) of the Law on Criminal Procedure of FBiH.
Munjić, Ohranović, and Mušinović have had their prohibition extended from visiting and approaching all official premises of the FUP and FMUP within a distance of less than 100 meters, and Huseinović-Ajanović has been prohibited from approaching the premises of the Government of FBiH.
In addition, the Court has extended their prohibition from meeting each other, prohibition from meeting with suspect Mirela Bubalo, prohibition from meeting with Nermin Nikšić, Refik Begić, Ram Isak, Amina Imamović, Almedin Šaćerović, Alma Čengić, Sead Šarić, Almin Almin Hopovac, and Safet Trakić.
If they violate the prohibition measures, the suspects may be ordered into custody.
