Adnan Prevljak Acting Director of Igman Konjic

(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH has given prior consent to the Supervisory Board of Igman d.d. Konjic to appoint acting members of the Management of this company, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of twelve months, namely Adnan Prevljak as acting director of the company, Asim Dželilović as acting executive director of the Production-Technical Sector, Miroslav Šain as acting executive director of the Quality Control Sector, and Haris Trešnja as acting executive director of the Marketing, Finance, Legal, and General Affairs Sector.

Prior to that, prior consent was given to the Supervisory Board of Igman d.d. Konjic for the dismissal of the current members of the Management, due to the expiry of their mandate.

Today, prior consent was given to the Assembly of Sarajevo-osiguranje d.d. Sarajevo to dismiss Jasmin Rustemi from the position of member of the Supervisory Board on behalf of state capital, due to his resignation.

For participation in the work and decision-making at the upcoming assemblies of companies today, Adnan Mahmutović (UNIS Ginex d.d. Goražde and Igman d.d. Konjic), Amela Mikulić (Aluminij d.d. Mostar and ArcelorMittal Zenica d.o.o.), Zlatan Bilanović (Tehnički remontni zavod Hadžići d.d. Hadžići), Ismet Demirović (Željeznice Federacije BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo), and Sanjin Dugalić (Feroelektro d.d. Sarajevo) were authorized.
