Zvizdić participates in security forum in Washington

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dr. Denis Zvizdić, will participate in the Parliamentary-Security Forum, which will be held on December 6th in Washington.

This traditional event, organized every year by former member of the US House of Representatives and founder of this Forum, Robert Pittenger, brings together American congressmen and senators, parliamentarians from around the world, as well as experts and representatives of agencies directly involved in countering current global security challenges.

The Forum's program announces that Dr. Zvizdić will address the participants of the Forum within a panel on best examples and practices for improving parliamentary cooperation.

It is also foreseen that the Speaker of the House of Representatives will hold working meetings with several members of the US Congress during his stay in Washington.

During the Forum, various types of current global security challenges will be discussed, from illegal human trafficking and the migrant crisis, money laundering, abuses in the economic expansion of certain countries through controversial investments, to the consequences of neurocognitive warfare and the use of psychological and biological weapons.
