Following a criminal investigation at the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, SDA Secretary General Amir Zukić and his driver Seid Fazlagić have been handed over to the jurisdiction of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, where they will be detained for the next 24 hours, writes Patria.
The acting prosecutor will question Zukić and Fazlagić, after which a decision will be made on measures, i.e., a possible one-month detention.
Zukić was arrested for illegal employment in public companies, while Fazlagić is charged with the criminal offense of aiding a perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense.
