Predrag Đurović, against whom the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo today filed an indictment for the rape of a Bosniak woman in the Sarajevo settlement of Vraca in 1992, is already in prison in Foča, the Patria News Agency has learned.
Đurović is serving an eight-year prison sentence in the Foča prison for another rape.
He was on the list of 12 fugitives sought by prosecutors, courts, and police.
In May 2010, during the operation "Tragač 2010" (Tracker 2010) carried out by the Republika Srpska Court Police, it was discovered that Đurović was in extradition custody in Belgrade, where he was arrested.
After that, he was extradited to Bosnia and Herzegovina and is currently in the Foča prison.
