Crime against humanity: SIPA arrests one person in Mostar

Acting on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) this morning (28 October 2015) deprived a person with initials S.S. (1975) of liberty in the area of Mostar due to a war crime, reports the Patria news agency.

The person with initials S.S. was deprived of liberty due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 172, paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH „Crime against humanity“.

The deprived person has been brought to the official premises of SIPA, where they will undergo criminal investigation, after which they will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for further proceedings.
