(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today (3.4.2020) arrested one person in Prijedor, who was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment by a final verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the criminal offense under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Crime against Humanity".
By undertaking a series of operational-tactical measures and actions, SIPA police officers located the mentioned person for whom a warrant from the Court of BiH and an international warrant from the NCB Interpol had been issued, after which they were deprived of liberty. In accordance with the order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the arrested person will be handed over to the Foča Penitentiary for further jurisdiction.
