Zlatan Babić (1967) from the Banja Luka settlement of Česma has been arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of intercourse with an incapacitated person, ATV has learned, reports the Patria News Agency.
Babić repeatedly forced Katarina Matovina (1987) to perform oral sex on him in a forest in the Trapisti settlement, threatening her not to tell anyone about it.
Katarina is a mentally disabled person with a diagnosed degree of retardation, and Babić is known to the police.
