Živinice: Truck and Golf collide, eight-year-old child seriously injured

(Patria) - An eight-year-old child was seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred yesterday morning in Živinice.

According to the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton, a traffic accident occurred yesterday around 10:30 AM at the intersection of main roads M-18 and M-17.1, in the locality of Križaljka, city of Živinice.

The accident involved a truck, driven by S.J. (born 1992) from Živinice, and a Golf, driven by A.S. (born 1992) from Sarajevo.

A passenger in the Golf - an eight-year-old child - sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Clinic for Orthopedics of the University Clinical Center Tuzla.

Necessary measures and actions were taken by police officers of the Police Station and the Crime Police Department of the Police Administration Živinice.
