In Živinice, irregularities were observed in the afternoon hours at several polling stations, which were reported by party observers to the Municipal Election Commission, writes the news agency Patria.
According to citizens of Živinice, voters were even offered money for their vote. In the local community of Šišići, one political party even set up its own promotional stand, which was reported to the Municipal Election Commission.
The police were also called, who made a record by speaking with witnesses who were offered money for their vote.
