(Patria) - One person died in a serious traffic accident that occurred today in Đurđevik.
"Today around 2 PM, on the M-18 main road, in the place of Đurđevik, a traffic accident occurred involving a BMW motorcycle, driven by a foreign national, and a MAN truck, driven by a young man (born 1996) from Đurđevik, Živinice.
In this accident, the motorcyclist was killed, and his death was confirmed at the scene by the on-call doctor of the Emergency Medical Service of the Živinice Health Center.
Traffic at the mentioned location has been suspended since 2:45 PM for the purpose of conducting an investigation, which will be carried out by investigators of the Criminal Police Department of the Živinice Police Station, under the instructions of the on-call prosecutor of the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office, who is leading the on-site investigation," the Police Administration of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior announced.
