ZiraatBank BH implements new 50 million euros in BiH economy

The beginning of the implementation of the Credit Line and the ceremonial signing of the Financing Agreement will be graced by the presence of the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on May 20 in Sarajevo, and this credit line was provided by the Government of the Republic of Turkey and will be disbursed to end-users through ZiraatBank BH d.d. Sarajevo, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The goal of the implementation is to provide support to legal entities, sole proprietors/craftsmen, and individuals by ensuring more favorable conditions for accessing financial resources.

Funds from the Credit Line will be used for financing investment and entrepreneurial activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina aimed at: strengthening and improving the economy in BiH, increasing employment and self-employment in BiH, financing projects in the field of production (in a broader sense), agriculture, tourism, manufacturing industry, and related services.

The amount of the Credit Line is EUR 50,000,000.00 for a period of 10 years, at the most favorable interest rates: up to 12 months: 2.99%, from 13 to 60 months 3.49%, and from 61 to 120 months 3.99%.

Mladen Ivanić, Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, will also attend the ceremonial signing of the Financing Agreement and the beginning of the implementation of the Credit Line of the Republic of Turkey, and the agreement will be signed in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
