(Patria) - The Sarajevo International Airport was evacuated in the late afternoon due to a bomb threat.
Police immediately evacuated all passengers and staff who were in the Airport building and are currently conducting an anti-diversion (KDZ) inspection.
Reports of planted explosive devices have become frequent in many larger cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in recent days.
In addition to Sarajevo Canton, Zenica-Doboj Canton (ZDK) and Tuzla Canton (TK), as well as the smaller BiH entity, have faced this problem.
The threats mostly concerned educational institutions and shopping centers. Fortunately, all of them turned out to be false.
