
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Police officers of the Criminal Police Department on Monday at 7 p.m. deprived of liberty D.M., born in 1970 in Zenica, where he resides, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense under Article 166, in conjunction with Article 28 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Attempted Murder), to the detriment of A.M. from Sarajevo. The attempted murder occurred on March 2 at Breka at 8:45 p.m. when D.M. shot at Adnan M., who was wounded in the leg.
On the same day at 11:50 p.m., S.M., born in 1984 in Rogatica, residing in Sarajevo, and M.H., born in 1982 in Sarajevo, where he also resides, were deprived of liberty due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 346 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Assistance to the Perpetrator After the Commission of a Criminal Offense).
They were handed over to the premises of the Unit for Security of Facilities and Detention of Deprived Persons of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton. After the completion of the criminal investigation, the mentioned persons will be handed over, along with an official report on the committed criminal offenses, to the competent prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton.
