Zenica: Police investigating reported kidnapping

Officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton (MUP ZDK) have been conducting checks since this morning in the settlement of Tetovo where a girl's kidnapping was reported, confirmed Aldina Ahmić, spokesperson for MUP ZDK, for Patria.

Police are checking passing vehicles.

Primary school "Hasan Kikić" is in the immediate vicinity, and school staff are checking the number of children to determine if any students are missing.

As the assistant principal of the school, Mustafa Krgo, told Patria, these allegations are being investigated, and the police have been at the school since early morning.

- According to the information we have, it happened outside the school, and indications are that it involves two children. We are conducting all checks to see if they are our students - it was stated.
