Zelensky: This is Putin's war, so he must be at the negotiations

(Patria) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed last night with a video posted on platform X.

He confirmed that the Ukrainian team is actively preparing for a visit to Turkey and that Ukraine's position was presented to all partners yesterday.

- Thank you for your support. Every call for a long-term and unconditional ceasefire is important. Calls for direct negotiations at the highest level are equally important.

Putin is the one who decides everything in Russia, so he is the one who must stop this war. This is his war. Therefore, negotiations must be with him - added Zelensky.
