Zelensky announces meeting with Trump on sidelines of UN General Assembly

(Patria) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that he plans to meet with US President Donald Trump in New York next week.

Their meeting will be held on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly session.

In an interview with Ukrainian media, Zelensky clarified that the main topics of discussion will be security issues, investments, and military cooperation.

- The meeting with US President Trump will be held during the high-level week of the UN General Assembly - Zelensky confirmed.

Zelensky also announced that during his visit to the US, he will have meetings with leading figures from Western technology companies and the defense sector.

Incidentally, the 80th session of the UN General Assembly began on September 9, and debates involving world leaders will be held on September 23, 27, and 29.
