Zdravko Mamić wounded in Tomislavgrad, attacker fled

An unknown attacker shot at the controversial head of Dinamo Zagreb, Zdravko Mamić, writes the Patria agency.

The shooting occurred in the village of Zidine in the hamlet of Vidovići near Tomislavgrad, where Mamić was visiting his father's grave on the anniversary of his death.

Mamić was wounded in the right thigh. He received medical assistance at the Tomislavgrad Health Center, after which he was transferred to the Split University Hospital Center. The Tomislavgrad Health Center confirmed that the injuries are not severe.

The attacker fled the scene and the police are searching for him. According to witnesses, two attackers fled into the woods.

Dinamo issued a statement in which they state that this was an attempted murder of Zdravko Mamić.

A little over a year ago, Zdravko Mamić received a medallion from the Tomislavgrad authorities, after which a message appeared on the facade of the municipal building: "Jebo vas Zdravko Mamić" (Zdravko Mamić fucked you).
