Due to snowfall in Croatia, GP Izačić-Ličko Petrovo Selo closed for all vehicles

(Patria) - New snowfall that hit our country during the night and morning has made traffic difficult on most roads, especially on sections in higher areas. We also warn of occasional ice and advise more cautious driving. We remind you that possessing winter equipment is legally mandatory until 04/15. Due to heavy snowfall in Croatia, GP Izačić-Ličko Petrovo Selo is closed for all vehicles.

We remind you that Serbia has closed border crossings to BiH for all entries, except for freight traffic which is carried out via crossings: Karakaj, Vardište and Rača.

Croatia and Montenegro have closed border crossings to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Entry into these countries is allowed only to their citizens, foreigners with registered residence, and truck drivers. For transit of trucks, Croatia has approved border crossings Bosanska Gradiška, Bosanski Šamac and Bijača, and Montenegro GP Klobuk.

Long queues of trucks in both directions are present at GP Bosanska Gradiška, and at the exit from the country at border crossings Bosanski Šamac, Orašje and Klobuk.

A movement ban for persons under 18 and over 65 years of age is in effect in the Federation of BiH, and a complete movement ban is in effect from 6 PM to 5 AM. In the RS, movement is prohibited for persons over 65 years of age, while a complete movement ban is in effect from 8 PM to 5 AM.

We appeal to drivers to travel within BiH only in necessary situations and to adhere to coronavirus protection measures.
