Traffic suspended for trucks on some sections due to snowfall

(Patria) - Due to new snowfall, traffic for trucks has been suspended on the Kupres-Šuica and Drvar-Bosanski Petrovac sections, while passenger vehicles are experiencing difficult driving conditions on these sections.

There is also packed snow on other sections in higher areas, and we highlight the following routes: Bihać-Bosanski Petrovac, Glamoč-Mlinishte, and Turbe-Banja Luka. We advise drivers to drive more cautiously, adapted to the current conditions and road status.

Work is underway in the Crnaja tunnel on the Konjic-Jablanica section, where traffic is alternating, one lane at a time, regulated by traffic lights during the day. From 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM, traffic through the tunnel is suspended.

Traffic is suspended due to works in the Jasen tunnel (Prozor-Jablanica). Passenger vehicles and smaller trucks are using the bypass around the tunnel, while trucks over 7.5 tons (with the exception of buses) are being redirected to alternative routes: Mostar-Široki Brijeg-Posušje-Tomislavgrad-Kupres-Bugojno and Mostar-Sarajevo-Busovača-Novi Travnik-Bugojno.

Traffic is slow due to works on the following routes: Široki Brijeg-Mostar (Široki Brijeg bypass), Stolac-Hutovo (Cerovica location), Posušje-Tomislavgrad (Čitluk settlement), and Banovići-Ribnica (at the exit from Banovići).

Due to numerous landslides and the risk of mudslides on the Brod na Drini-GP Hum/Šćepan Polje main road, passenger vehicles are experiencing difficult driving conditions, while trucks cannot pass.

Increased traffic of vehicles exiting Bosnia and Herzegovina is observed at the Bosanska Gradiška and Gradina border crossings.

At the Izačić border crossing, traffic for trucks is prohibited due to poor driving conditions in Croatia.

At other border crossings, waiting times do not exceed 30 minutes.
