Due to snow and ice, traffic problems on the Risovac-Blidinje-Posušje section

(Patria) - Due to snow and ice, a ban on the movement of trucks is still in effect on the Risovac-Blidinje-Posušje section, while passenger vehicles are experiencing difficult traffic, reports BIHAMK.

In lower areas, traffic is on wet or damp roads, and we also warn of frequent landslides on numerous sections. Due to low temperatures, ice can be expected at all damp locations, especially in higher areas, on bridges, and near tunnels. In the western and southwestern regions, strong winds are depositing snow on the road in some sections in mountainous areas, making traffic difficult. In other regions as well, there is occasional residual snow and ice in some sections in mountainous areas.

In the southern regions, traffic is on dry roads, with favorable weather conditions.

Due to works in the Čeljigovići tunnel on the Sarajevo-Pale road, traffic is moving slowly, on one lane. Traffic is also moving slowly due to works on the Jajce-Donji Vakuf main road (Skela tunnel).

At border crossings, delays are short-lived.
