One person arrested for bribery for a job in the Border Police

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in the continuation of the operational action "Konak", which relates to irregularities in the procedure for admitting cadets to the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, arrested one person today in the area of Travnik.

The arrested person is suspected of committing the criminal offenses of receiving gifts and other benefits, receiving rewards and other benefits for trading in influence in connection with the criminal offense of association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, as prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- The person deprived of liberty has been taken to SIPA premises for criminal processing and questioning as a suspect - SIPA announced.
