Due to incident in Tomislavgrad, one person handed over to the Prosecutor's Office, five hooligans still in police custody

One person has already ended up at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Livno due to the attack on a mosque and Bosniak-owned facilities yesterday in Tomislavgrad, while the police will soon hand over another five individuals who participated in the incident and were arrested on Saturday afternoon.

The police are searching for two more individuals linked to yesterday's nationalist outbursts in the settlement of Omerovići in the municipality of Tomislavgrad.

The incident occurred yesterday after five in the morning when a group of youths damaged two cars and Bosniak-owned facilities in Omerovići, and left a bottle with an open gas valve in front of the local mosque.

The majority of religious communities, as well as political parties and non-governmental organizations, condemned this act of vandalism. The police have announced stronger security measures to prevent any potential new incidents, reports NAP.
