(Patria) - If you walk down Peel Street in Kensington, London, you cannot miss this unusual property.
It spans three floors but is only 2.1 metres wide, so its narrow facade stands out. Experts say it is the second narrowest house in the English capital.
Nevertheless, it contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private terrace.
The owners have planned every available centimetre of space down to the smallest detail, reports Punkufer.
The house was originally built in the 1930s and has since been thoroughly renovated.
It is believed to have been built in the narrow space between existing buildings to make the most of the available land.
It is located on a prestigious address near Notting Hill Gate and Kensington Palace.
It is being sold through the Unique Property Company agency for £1.2 million, or €1.38 million.
