SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Due to heavy rainfall and the increased level of the Miljacka River, the pedestrian bridge near Hotel Bristol and the Ars Aevi bridge have been temporarily closed.
The Civil Protection Service of the Novo Sarajevo Municipality, based on the assessed security situation caused by the storm that hit the area of the Sarajevo Canton and the Novo Sarajevo Municipality, continuously inspects the municipality area and, in accordance with adopted procedures, engages all available resources and personnel to protect persons and property.
Due to the rainfall, the Miljacka River reached a height of 217 cm, which was the water level this morning at 8 a.m.
