(Patria) - Serbia has closed its border crossings with BiH for all traffic. The exceptions are the Karakaj, Vardište, and Rača border crossings, which remain open only for freight traffic.
To prevent the spread of coronavirus, Croatia and Montenegro have closed their border crossings with Bosnia and Herzegovina. Entry into these countries is only permitted for their citizens, foreigners with registered residency, and truck drivers.
A long queue of trucks is present at the Bosanska Gradiška border crossing upon entry into our country. There are no significant delays at other border crossings.
A movement ban for persons under 18 and over 65 years of age is in effect in the Federation of BiH, and a complete movement ban is in effect from 6 PM to 5 AM. In Republika Srpska, movement is prohibited for persons over 65 years of age, while a complete movement ban is in effect from 8 PM to 5 AM.
We appeal to drivers to travel within BiH only in necessary situations and to adhere to coronavirus protection measures.
