Road to Zavidovići closed

(Patria) - Due to heavy rainfall, the water level of the Bosna River in Maglaj is constantly rising. 

According to data from the Sava River Water Basin Agency, from 5 PM to 7 PM, the water level of the Bosna River rose by 20 to 40 cm. 

The Civil Protection Service is monitoring the situation and, as we previously emphasized, will undertake certain activities if necessary. Given that the level of the Bosna is still rising, we suggest that citizens who have or use underground garages and basements evacuate, if they have not already done so, their essential belongings and vehicles to safer locations. We ask the population to be fully cautious and to follow official information - it was announced from the municipality of Maglaj.

As a reminder, in the floods that hit BiH in 2014, Maglaj suffered the greatest damage, and citizens fear that this scenario will not be repeated.
