Ban on all measures requested: Radončić and SBB handicapped due to inability to travel

Witness Azra Sarić was questioned today in the continuation of the main hearing in the case of Fahrudin Radončić and others, which is being conducted at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by the defense of the third defendant in the case Bilsena Šahman, attorney Mirna Delalić, writes Patria.

Her testimony, as in all previous hearings, starting from May 18, is not available to the public due to the decision of the Court of BiH which banned the media from reporting her testimony and photograph.

Asim Crnalić, Radončić's lawyer, requested the lifting of travel bans and periodic reporting to the police station for his client due to his political position.

- About ten days ago, we submitted this proposal for the lifting of travel measures and periodic reporting to the police station. We explained our position and I hope the Court will make a decision in the next two or three days. Every party president who leads their party into elections should have the opportunity to communicate with representatives of the international community, politicians from neighboring countries, so his party is handicapped compared to others, meaning it is not equal to other parties going into local elections – said Crnalić.

The continuation of the main hearing will take place on July 13, and Azra Sarić will testify again, as the defense of Bilsena Šahman has not finished questioning her, and there will be additional questions from both sides, the defense and the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
