(Patria) - The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo to order one-month detention for the suspects for the criminal offense of document forgery.
Detention was requested for Dušan Jovanović, known as Giba, and Darko Dulović, who were arrested on Sunday evening in Sarajevo Tower. They are members of the Kavač clan.
"Detention has been proposed due to the risk of flight, the risk that the suspects could influence witnesses or conceal evidence if they remain at liberty, and due to the risk of re-offending," the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office announced.
