Why is the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina silent about the spectacular cases of 'Gibraltar' and 'Kajmaković'?

The spectacular operation "Gibraltar", when SIPA members arrested the owner of the marketing agency S.V.R.S.A. Neven Kulenović, Belma Kulenović, Sanjin Kulenović, senior officials of the company HT "Eronet" Stipe Prlić and Zoran Bakula, deputy general director of "Pink BH" Lajla Torlak, former director of "Mreže plus" Darko Aleksić, director of the agency MITA Ejub Kučuk and owner of the agency "Fabrika" Senad Zaimović, is for now just a dead letter on paper, writes the Patria news agency.

This group is suspected of organized crime, forgery of official documents, abuse of position or authority, tax evasion, money laundering, concluding harmful contracts, receiving and giving gifts or other forms of benefit, and customs fraud. Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragica Glušac before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina failed to prove why she was seeking detention measures, so all suspects are at large, and no one mentions the spectacle „Gibraltar“ anymore.

In the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they do not want to talk about this case, just as they do not want to talk about the attack on prosecutor Diana Kajmaković.

- The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot give any comment on the stated inquiry – says Boris Grubešić, spokesperson of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in response to questions about what stage the cases „Gibraltar“ and „Kajmaković“ are in.

We remind that it was also spectacularly announced that someone tried to kill prosecutor Kajmaković by sabotaging the brake system in her car, and the act was qualified as terrorism. But, to this day, there is no official information from the Prosecutor's Office, which took over the investigation.

Why such secrecy in these two cases will be shown by time, but for now it is clear that nothing concrete has been done from the spectacular arrests and bombastic news.
