Why is the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina misleading the public that there is no proceeding or report against Aleksandra Pandurević?

After the Patria news agency published information, and then a part of the document proving that there is a report and that a proceeding has been opened in the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against the state representative of the SDS, Aleksandra Pandurević, a statement from this party and a statement from Pandurević followed, claiming it is a dirty campaign.

Aleksandra Pandurević told Press RS that the fabricated story about the alleged investigation that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is conducting against her represents a continuation of the dirty campaign by those who, according to her words, do not shy away from classic mafia-style settlements against people who dare to speak openly about crime at the top of the government.

- The real target of this attack, in fact, is not me, but the new Council of Ministers and what we found there when the old government was removed. The real truth is that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is conducting an investigation into unprecedented crime committed by people in high political positions, who are now trying to escape criminal responsibility at any cost - says Pandurević.

The Patria news agency publishes a facsimile of the second part of the document in which the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, to the person who requested information about Aleksandra Pandurević, provided a response that a proceeding is being conducted against her for the criminal offense of war crimes and inciting national hatred. It shows a clear stamp of this judicial institution, as well as the name of the employee who signed it. 

Therefore, due to truthful and timely informing of the public, and due to the politicization of the case, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH should tell the truth, and not mislead both representative Pandurević and the public with claims that there is no investigation.

If the proceeding, which was initiated in the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, has been suspended, then both Pandurević and the public should be informed whether the report is still active, or has been dismissed due to lack of evidence.

Also, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH should inform both Pandurević and the public that there is a file on the state representative of the SDS in this judicial institution.

This would eliminate any possibility of further politicization of this story.
