(Patria) - Why is there no reaction from the US Embassy to the tandem of Milanović, HDZ BiH, and Blaškić in BiH, asked MP Šemsudin Mehmedović.

I expected a reaction today, or a blog post from Ambassador Murphy, the US Embassy in BiH, and the State Department, to the mockery of Schmidt's election law amendments and the support of the USA through the fact that HDZ BiH, Croatia, its president together with a convicted war criminal sent a message that speaks volumes to everyone.

Unfortunately, there is no reaction. Tihomir Blaškić, a convicted war criminal, is speaking alongside the President of Croatia. We know from before about Čović's photos with Kordić. Blaškić was convicted of inhumane treatment (a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions) and cruel treatment of Bosniaks in the Lašva Valley. He held the rank of colonel in the Croatian Defence Council (HVO), and on June 27, 1992, he became the commander of the HVO for the Central Bosnia Operational Zone, and in early August 1994, he was promoted to the rank of general and appointed commander of the HVO. He was sentenced to 9 years. Why was there no reaction from the US Embassy?", Mehmedović stated.
