Why Dodik's minister Srebrenka has no peaceful sleep

The Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology in the Government of Republika Srpska, Srebrenka Golić, issued a usage permit to the controversial company "Grand trade" for a building that is not yet completed in the center of Banja Luka, reports the Patria News Agency.

The usage permit is dated May 21st of this year and was collected at the end of this week. Golić, as BN portal learns, issued the usage permit not of her own free will, but under pressure, and because of that, as she complained to her associates, she has no peaceful sleep.

Otherwise, the construction of this building in the center of Banja Luka has been accompanied by problems from the beginning, because it is being built on disputed land, which is why a group of Banja Luka residents, the so-called walkers, protested. The investor was also disputed, as was who is building the disputed building.

It is not known what prompted Golić to issue a usage permit for a building whose construction has been surrounded by various controversies and which is not yet completed.

At the end of last year, this company was supposed to move into this building based on a previously secretly concluded contract between the owner of Grand trade and Telekom. Since the works were not completed, an annex to the contract was made, which was signed, as claimed, in a cafe in Banja Luka. Thus, the deadline for the investor to hand over the building to Mtel is the end of June this year.

Regardless of all the accelerated actions, it is difficult to believe that this building will be completed by the given deadline and that Mtel will take it over!? Grand trade was previously owned by the controversial businessman Milorad Radišić, who fled Republika Srpska to avoid serving a three-year prison sentence.

Radišić presented himself to the public as Dodik's friend, which was confirmed by Dodik himself during one address to journalists, when he stated that he was an honest and capable businessman. In recent days, as claimed, this has passed into the hands of new "creditors", who are providing funds for the building to be completed by the end of June, which is crucial for Mtel to take it over.
