Bosnia and Herzegovina's flag at the opening of the World Cup in Moscow

MOSCOW, (Patria) - The flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina will fly at the Luzhniki Stadium at the opening of the World Cup, FIFA has decided.

Aiman Šemdin, a young footballer from Željezničar, along with 210 other young footballers from around the world, will carry their country's flag tonight at the expectedly spectacular opening of the Championship.

Aiman Šemdin and Marko Stjepanović are young ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina for one of the largest global socially responsible projects for children based on sports - Gazprom's "Football for Friendship", a major partner of FIFA, UEFA, and the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.

The project brings together children from a record 211 countries worldwide in a celebration of sport, during which they socialize, play, and cooperate with their peers, building unbreakable and unforgettable bonds.
