HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FEDERATION OF BIH IN SESSION, FOCUS ON BUDGET AND AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON ALLOCATION OF PUBLIC REVENUES

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Representatives at today's session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH, held at the Hills Hotel in Ilidža, are expected to consider the Proposal for the Budget of FBiH for 2022, the Proposal for the Law on the Execution of the Budget of FBiH for 2022, and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgets in FBiH, under an urgent procedure.

The session, which begins at 10:00 AM, is also expected to consider the Information from the Government of FBiH on the epidemiological situation of COVID-19 as of December 27, 2021, with proposed orders and recommendations from the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health.

According to the proposed agenda, representatives are expected to consider the Proposal for the Law on Material Support for Families with Children in the Federation of BiH, as well as the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Allocation of Public Revenues in FBiH, proposed by Salko Zildžić and a group of representatives. This proposal has caused significant dissatisfaction in the Canton of Sarajevo in recent days, as it concerns the weight of 2 intended for this canton.

Representatives are also expected to consider the Proposal for the Work Program of the Government of FBiH for 2022, and the Proposal for a Decision on Granting Consent to Amendments to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund of the Federation of BiH for 2021 (second amendments), Amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for 2021 (Annex I) (second amendments), and the Decision on the Method of Execution of the Rebalanced Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund of the Federation of BiH for 2021 (second amendments and additions).

The proposed agenda also includes the Proposal for a Decision on Granting Consent to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund of the Federation of BiH for 2022 and the Decision on the Method of Execution of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund of the Federation of BiH for 2022, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on Granting Consent to the Financial Plan of the Federal Employment Service for 2022 and the projection of the plan for 2023 and 2024, and the Decision on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Federal Employment Service for 2022.

Among other things, the Decision on Allocating Funds to the Solidarity Fund of the Federation of BiH for 2022 will also be discussed.
