Vučić's regime for tensions: Video of burning Serbian flags and joint police exercise are connected

 

The meeting between RS Minister of Interior Dragan Lukač and Serbian Minister of Interior Nebojša Stefanović was held on July 29 in Banja Luka, where it was agreed that an anti-terrorist exercise of the two special police forces would be held on August 29, reports the Patria news agency.

Today, a video of the burning of the Serbian flag has become relevant again, after which Belgrade swiftly sent a protest note to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The video of several masked individuals, accompanied by some kind of Muslim religious song, was published on July 26, three days before the agreement on the armed border exercise.

Serbian political hawks immediately launched accusations against the authorities in Sarajevo. The video seemed too carefully timed, just as Milorad Dodik organized a referendum on September 25, exactly seven days before the local elections, so that "tensions would not cool down among voters."    

SIPA Director Perica Stanić said that an investigation has been opened due to the anonymous flag burning, and that it will only be known after checks are completed when and where the video was made and who made and first published it. But without waiting, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia immediately reacted and, due to the controversial video, handed a protest note to the BiH ambassador in Belgrade.

Patria revealed that the controversial video of burning the Serbian flag was made in Sandžak in March this year. Why did the Serbian government not react then? Obviously, the release of the same video followed as needed, and the need was certainly to find any motive for the realization of this joint exercise of the Serbian MUP and the RS MUP on the border of BiH.

Today, it could be said that the staged video, with dozens of suspicious details, is controversial, and the most controversial thing is that the investigation was never completed, although this type of crime is resolved without problems.

"They look you in the eye while shitting on your shoes," he explained.

The staging of tensions in the region is completely transparent. The hegemonists from the neighborhood do not even bother to package their politically retarded moves in any decent reasons. All this is done to open new explosive situations and enable new primitive steps towards hegemonistic goals. The international community, especially diplomats in BiH, has long been absolutely clear about all this.

Aleksandar Vučić constantly claims that he cares about the stability of the region, yet all the time he is the one sending inflammatory messages to the public, openly threatening, and very seriously violating the sovereignty of neighboring countries. Neither he nor his minister Stefanović felt the need to address any document to official Sarajevo and announce an armed exercise on the territory of another state.

It is interesting that immediately after this armed exercise on the border of BiH and Serbia, in September, an exercise of the Russian army will be held on the border with Crimea, where the most modernly equipped troops have been amassed. Vučić behaves towards the RS like Putin towards Crimea.   

It is clear that Vučić has long renounced Kosovo, so Serbian media rarely mention it. Today, there is public suspicion that the drone with the Greater Albania flag was staged and inserted in the middle of the football match between Serbia and Albania. Just a few days after that, Vučić turned his relationship with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama into a very loyal friendship and understanding. 

Vučić has long turned all his hegemonistic goals against BiH. The Republika Srpska is something that arose from the crime of genocide, for which there is a judgment of the International Court of Justice. Vučić's target is the entity that led to the entire state, military, and police leadership of the Republic of Serbia and the Republika Srpska ending up in the dock and in prison. That does not bother Vučić, even though he disgraced himself from the parliamentary podium with calls for the killing of "a hundred Muslims for one Serb."  

Vučić's regime rests on constant tensions, and no one can fathom what his ultimate goal is in this obvious destruction of regional stability.
