
(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said after a meeting with the Chairman of the Management Board of "Gaspromneft" Aleksandar Djukov and the Deputy Minister of Energy of the RF Pavel Sorokin that there will be no major energy crisis in Serbia. There will be no shortage of oil and oil derivatives, Vučić said and asked citizens to remain calm.
"We have just finished important talks with the Russian delegation regarding NIS. I am satisfied with the openness, constructiveness, and sincerity. Both sides were like that," Vučić said on Instagram.
According to him, the times are not easy, but there will be no shortage of oil and oil derivatives, nor an energy crisis.
"Our Russian friends understood our message, we understood their interests. We will do everything in the best strategic and tactical interest of Serbia. Citizens, remain calm, the state is here to fight for your interests," Vučić conveyed.
