Driver of Amir Zukić, Seid Fazlagić, sentenced to eight months in prison

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo today sentenced Seid Fazlagić, driver of SDA Secretary General Amir Zukić, to eight months in prison, reports the Patria agency.

The court accepted the agreement that the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office concluded with Fazlagić and imposed a sentence of eight months in prison.

Fazlagić, in agreement with the KS Prosecutor's Office, pleaded guilty to the criminal offense of aiding the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense. 

The five months he has already spent in custody will be included in his sentence.

We remind you that Seid Fazlagić was arrested in February this year in the operation Bosnia, along with SDA Secretary General Amir Zukić, on charges of illegal employment. Earlier, Safet Bibić, Senad and Nedžad Trako, Ramiz Karavdić, Esed Džananović were arrested. The indictment also includes Asim Sarajlić and Mirsad Kukić. 

Fazlagić decided to reach an agreement with the Prosecutor's Office, and for the past 15 days, he has been tried in a separate proceeding from the rest of the group.
