Train hit a car in Lješevo, two people died

(Patria) - A serious accident occurred in Lješevo, municipality of Ilijaš, in which two people died. As confirmed for N1 by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, Mersiha Novalić, a train hit a passenger car.

The accident happened on Stari drum street at 5 PM. There were two people in the car. Unfortunately, the doctor from the Institute for Emergency Medical Aid confirmed the death of both individuals.

It was later announced by the police that the two deceased were from the passenger vehicle Škoda.

At the driver's seat was a 56-year-old woman, H.O. from Ilijaš, and the passenger, a 71-year-old man, I.B. from Ilijaš.

Under the supervision of the prosecutor, an investigation was carried out by members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.
