Voloder 'bought' for budget with 1.7 million KM from Autoceste, next on the list 'ended up' in SDA

(Patria) - Not so long ago, in 2019, Elmedin Voloder, then a representative of the Independent Bloc, voted for the budget of the Federation, bypassing party bodies, at the proposal of the SDA, HDZ BiH, and SBB government. Voloder then joined the SDA Club in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, and today he was appointed acting director of Autoceste FBiH, after Adnan Terzić (SBB)'s mandate expired.

In that same year, 2019, just five days after the budget was passed, Voloder's company Divel won a tender from Autoceste FBiH.

"Autoceste Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine" made a DECISION on the selection of the most favorable bidder in a negotiated procedure with a notice and awarded the Contract for the procurement of services: "Supervision of the construction of the Sarajevo Bypass - (lot 3b)", in the amount of 1,708,196.49 KM including VAT, to the bidder: consortium of bidders - "Divel" d.o.o. Sarajevo, "Saraj engineering" d.o.o. Sarajevo and the Institute for Civil Engineering ,,IG" d.o.o. Banja Luka, which submitted an acceptable final offer with the lowest price in the negotiated procedure with a notice," the decision stated at the time.

This immediately raised suspicions within the leadership of the Independent Bloc, and they publicly called on the Prosecutor's Office to investigate such actions. Unfortunately, there was no outcome, as in a series of other similar events concerning the 'buying' of parliamentary votes.

Incidentally, Voloder entered the Federal Parliament from the compensation list of the Independent Bloc, meaning not by the will of the citizens. If he officially becomes the director of Autoceste FBiH, the next person to enter the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH from the compensation list will be Ramiz Karić from Srebrenik.

However, Patria has learned that at the time of Voloder's switch to SDA, negotiations for Karić's transition were also underway, and he was told at the SDA headquarters back in 2019 that Voloder would become a minister or director, and he would enter Parliament, so Karić also signed an application form.

In the private sector, Voloder established three companies that employ dozens of experts. These are construction companies, or companies from the road infrastructure sector, which are engaged in the highway construction project.

He allegedly resolved the conflict of interest by selling part of his shares to co-owners in the companies, but the 2019 tender remains shrouded in mystery and suspicion that he earned more than a million KM for his vote.

"We warned about the brutal election theft in 2018, the buying of representatives in the Parliament of FBiH after those elections to maintain such a government. The awarding of multi-million tenders from public companies to private firms of bribed representatives Elmedin Voloder and Eldin Vračo, who 'changed sides' and became advocates of this government and octopus, was previously highlighted by the Independent Bloc.
