Water receding, landslides causing problems, traffic on Kostajnica-Bosanska Dubica route still closed

(Patria) - Traffic is still suspended on the main road Bosanska Kostajnica-Bosanska Dubica (in the village of Špilja) due to water overflowing onto the road. 

Precipitation has stopped, river levels are slowly decreasing, but we still warn about the possibility of new landslides in western and northwestern Bosnia, as well as falling rocks onto the road.

Drivers are urged to drive with maximum caution on all routes and to adjust their driving to the current conditions and road status. Maintain distance between vehicles and avoid risky overtaking.

Due to rehabilitation works on the Gorica bridge, the right tube of the 1. mart tunnel in the direction of Zenica-Sarajevo is closed for traffic, and vehicles are driving in both directions through the left tunnel tube.

Traffic is slower due to works during the day on the main roads Jablanica-Mostar and Ďevljanovići-Nišići.

Traffic is suspended on the section of the regional road from Ravno towards the main road Ljubinje-Trebinje (M-6) and is redirected to alternative routes.

Due to rehabilitation works, the bridge at the entrance to Nemila (junction M-17 with R-473) is closed, and vehicles are driving through the intersection in Topčić Polje.
