Government Lacks Confidence: Current Members of the Supervisory Board of JP Hrvatske Telekomunikacije Mostar Dismissed

As Patria announced earlier, the FBiH Government had several items on its agenda today concerning personnel policy.

Thus, the FBiH Government granted two powers of attorney for participation in the work and decision-making at the general meetings of business entities: Jasmina Pašić for JP Elektroprivreda HZ HB d.d. Mostar, and Suad Krvavac for PS „Vitezit” d.o.o. Vitez.

The Federal Government gave prior consent for the dismissal of the current members of the Supervisory Board of JP Hrvatske Telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar on behalf of state capital, before the expiry of their term due to loss of confidence.

For temporary appointment to these positions, for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure, starting from the date the Assembly Decision on the appointment of members of the Supervisory Board comes into force, consent was given to Davor Tomić, Bojan Domić, Mirsad Brekalo, Suzana Petrović, Tihomir Čelan, and Gordan Galić.

Prior consent was also given to the Supervisory Board of JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar for the dismissal of the current members of the Management Board, due to the expiry of their term, as well as for the appointment of acting members of the Management Board, until the completion of the tender procedure, for a maximum period of six months, for Jasmin Bučo (Director), Ivica Ćurić (Executive Director for Economic and Financial Affairs), Marin Jelčić (Executive Director for Design and Construction), Adem Zolja (Executive Director for Management and Maintenance), and Adisa Hadžić (Executive Director for General, Personnel, and Legal Affairs).

Today, a Decision was made to give prior consent to the Supervisory Board of JP Željeznice Federacije BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for the appointment of Enis Džafić as the President of the Management Board.

The Government, at his personal request, dismissed Domagoj Matijašević from the position of acting director of the Institution within the scope of social protection - Ljubuški, and appointed Ivan Herceg to this position, for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the appointment procedure in accordance with the Law on the Assumption of Rights and Obligations of the Founder over Social Protection Institutions in FBiH.

Before the expiry of his term and at his personal request, the director of the semi-open correctional facility in Bihać, Mirsad Demirović, was dismissed, and Edham Veladžić was appointed to this position for a term of four years.

Amer Softić was appointed as the director of the semi-open correctional facility in Sarajevo today, for a term of four years.

Željko Obradović (President), Josip Martić, Elvira Dilberović, Mehmed Cero, Mervana Hadžimurtezić, Zada Gabela, Ajša Softić, Elvedina Hodžić, Marinko Bošnjak, Pavo Boban, and Galiba Karačić were appointed to the Council for Spatial Data Infrastructure of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina today.

By amending the existing Decision, Amra Vučijak was appointed to the expert Working Group for the preparation of proposals for necessary amendments to laws and other regulations, which will, on new grounds, regulate the method of formation, use, renewal, territorial relocation, security, and maintenance of space for the accommodation and storage, operation, and financing of federal commodity reserves, as well as the rights and obligations of federal bodies in the operation of federal commodity reserves, and for making an overview of existing storage capacities, the existing degree of devastation of storage and other potentials of all types, and the eventual preparation of proposals for the revitalization of these capacities.
