KS Government Appointed New Management Board of Health Center, Kulić's Dismissal by End of Day

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The KS Government, led by Prime Minister Mario Nenadić, at today's extraordinary session dismissed the Management Board of the KS Health Center and appointed new members. Their first task will be to dismiss the director of the JU KS Health Center, Mehmed Kulić. Although Prime Minister Nenadić previously told Patria that the KS Government would dismiss Kulić after the KS Minister of Health submitted a request, the KS Government decided to dismiss the Management Board and appoint new members.

New acting members of the Management Board have been appointed for three months: Abud Sarić, Milan Mandilović, Saša Mandić, Dinko Remić, and Aida Kikić.

During the day, the new Management Board is expected to dismiss the current director of the Health Center, Mehmed Kulić, and appoint a new one.

Haris Pleho from BOSS, who is part of the parliamentary majority, sought this position. The proposed candidate for the director of the Health Center is Muhamed Ahmić, who resigned from the position of director of the Jagomir Psychiatric Hospital in September 2019 because he was supposed to be dismissed.

The KS Government announced that the reason for this dismissal and appointment is the further improvement of primary healthcare services, which play a significant role during the intensive fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
